    About the numbers

Why are most applications “awaiting decision”?

Because most applications in any 180-day window have not been decided yet. Councils take eight to thirteen weeks and often longer. An application lodged is still a job coming: someone has drawn plans and paid a fee.

    My district shows zero applications.

Either the authority publishes late or in a form we have not yet normalised, or the postcode district is mostly rural. The energy-rating and renewables figures are national and will still be real. Tell us the district and we will check the source directly.

Why do you want a company number?

So the feed goes to a real trading business and we can match what you do to what is in the register. If you are a sole trader without one, leave it blank and say so in the trade box.

Tell us your patch and your trade

We will send a sample of what we hold for it within one working day, and the weekly feed after that if you want it.

We use your details to reply to this enquiry. Nothing else, and no lists.
Thank you. That has reached us and we will reply within one working day.
