Builders, trades and installers

Planning watch

Every planning application lodged and every decision made in the districts you work, delivered weekly with the type of work, the address district and the decision status. Approvals are jobs about to be tendered; refusals are clients about to resubmit.

How it runs

Step 1

Pick your patch

The outward codes you cover, up to ten. Change them any time.

Step 2

Weekly feed

Every Monday: what was lodged, what was decided, which types are rising.

Step 3

Act early

A permitted extension is a builder needed in eight weeks. A change of use is a fit-out. We flag the ones that match what you do.

Common questions

Is this the same as the council portal?

The councils publish it; we collect it from all of them, normalise it and sort it by what it means for a trade. Nobody has time to read 366 portals.

Do you submit planning applications?

No. We are not a chartered planning consultancy. If you need one we can introduce you, but our job is telling you where the work is.

Tell us your patch and your trade

We will send a sample of what we hold for it within one working day, and the weekly feed after that if you want it.

We use your details to reply to this enquiry. Nothing else, and no lists.
Thank you. That has reached us and we will reply within one working day.
