How it runs

Step 1

District count

Free on the pulse page: how many F/G commercial buildings and E-G homes sit in your outward code.

Step 2

Target list

Addresses, floor areas and ratings for your patch, matched to the business occupying them where we can.

Step 3

Approach

Letters and call sheets written for the landlord or occupier, with the compliance deadline doing the selling.

Common questions

Is the EPC data public?

Yes, the register is open data. The value is in holding all of it, matching it to occupiers and keeping it current, which is what we do.
